As a branch office, we act as sub-agent which appointed by general agent, ship's owner and charterer to handle incoming vessels and perform clearance formalities at ports of Batam. Our Company is run by dedicated team who will give good services. We use update information and technologies to support our activities, enable us to have 24 hours access to receive and send information by faxes and emails.
